In this way, the machine is seriously damaged and the faults continue to rise. It is easy for the electrical accessories in a humid environment to have problems. When working in an environment with a temperature not exceeding 30°C, please turn on the cooling water first, adjust the position of the water outlet pipe using the principle of low inlet and high outlet, ensure that the cooling water is filled with the laser tube, and there should be no air bubbles in the pipe before turning on the power.

        Intensity: The working current of the laser tube should be reasonable, and it cannot work in the light intensity of 900~100 for a long time. The heat dissipation of the laser engraving machine power supply must be smooth, otherwise the temperature will rise very high when the operating current is adjusted above 50%, which increases the failure rate of the laser power supply.

        Machine assembly and disassembly: When installing or disassembling the laser engraving machine, the first thing to do is to observe the structure of the first transmission part of the machine and the rules of its movement. The parts of the movement should pay attention to its concentricity and verticality. Degree, parallelism, straightness, is to listen to the machine after installation and disassembly. For safety, first test the machine with your hand, no abnormality, then turn on the machine, carefully listen to each sound made by the machine, the whole machine reaches low noise, No noise and vice versa, it must be reinstalled and debugged.

        Movement system: pay attention to its parallelism after replacement of the guide rail, when sliding by hand, you must be flexible. Clean the connecting parts and the screws that can be touched, and apply oil to the surface so that it will not affect the disassembly due to rust.

        Debugging: If the diagonal line is asymmetrical after the test machine, at this time, according to the actual situation of the cutting, loosen the screws under the two sides of the beam, move forward and backward in the direction of the Y-axis movement by 1~2mm and then lock, repeat the test several times To achieve the best effect; during the debugging process, adjust the support point of the laser tube or rotate the position of the laser tube to achieve the best output effect. After the adjustment, the laser tube needs to be fixed; The regulator is low.

        Personnel safety: In order to ensure the personal safety of the operator and the normal work of the equipment, the ground wire of the machine must be reliably grounded in any case; avoid accumulation of dust near the high-voltage electrode, keep it dry, and keep the high-voltage end as far away from the metal as possible. Prevent high-pressure ignition. When making difference correction measurement graphics, you must turn off the laser and then measure to avoid laser radiation; do not look directly at the laser beam or its deflecting beam, or keep your body in the laser radiation area, pay attention to safety when working, away from scanning Range, non-workers are strictly prohibited to approach.

        Machine protection: Pay attention to protect the output window, reflector, and focusing mirror of the laser tube to prevent the fumes generated during the work from splashing onto the surface of the output window, reflector, and focusing mirror to be contaminated, resulting in reduced power. Use cotton wool or silk cloth to dip Use anhydrous vinegar to gently wipe the output window of the laser tube and the outer surface of the mirror and focusing mirror; the requirements for the input signal are relatively high, and the signal line must be far away from the interference power supply, otherwise there will be interference when scanning the graphics, sometimes serious The marking system may be damaged.

        Parameter setting: The user can make multiple parameter settings before the operation. After comparing the engraved samples, the group with the best engraving effect is used. The user can save multiple sets of parameter settings to meet different engraving needs; when the device When a closed-loop detection system is configured, this parameter is valid, and this parameter ultimately determines the error between the engraving size and the design size. In this case, this parameter value is mainly adjusted, and small changes in the motion resolution do not affect the engraving size. When the device is not equipped with a closed-loop detection system, this parameter is invalid, and small changes in motion resolution directly affect the engraving size.

        Speed: The speed of the turning point of the laser engraving machine will affect the effect of engraving. The speed of the turning point is large, the equipment turns sharply, the impact and vibration on the equipment are large, and the engraving effect is poor, but the efficiency is high, the turning speed is small, the equipment The turning is gentle, the equipment runs smoothly, the equipment runs smoothly, the precision is high, the effect is good, but the efficiency is low; the acceleration effect will affect the cutting effect and operating efficiency, the cutting speed changes quickly, the cutting efficiency is high, but the cutting effect is poor, the cutting time The acceleration value is small, the cutting speed changes slowly, but the cutting effect is good.

        Special conditions: no action at startup, whether the machine’s liquid crystal block or fluorescent tube is displayed or bright; if it is displayed, the new model checks the parameters of the main board; the light exit of the small car head has sparks, such as used in the rubber plate industry, the offset plate has impurities and is easy This phenomenon occurs; check whether there is a strong air flow from the white jet tube of the laser head, because the path of the trachea is long, it is easy to be broken, blocked or worn; check whether the air pump is faulty.

        Machine reset: the position where the laser head stays after the equipment is finished or after the reset operation. If the user selects the mechanical origin, the laser head stays at the mechanical origin after the equipment is completed or the reset operation is performed. When starting the machine, push the beam to move back and forth by hand, and the car can move right and left without abnormal noise before it can be powered on. This can buckle the machine to avoid damage caused by foreign objects jamming; the machine is not reset properly, and the direction is correct at the time of reset, but at the apex, the car And the beam cannot be stopped; the beam reset is normal, the carriage does not reset, it may be that the tension wheel is stuck or the motor shaft is broken, and the parameters are wrong.

        The machine stops engraving, missing or disorderly engraving: check the grounding of the machine and measure whether the ground wire meets the standard; check whether the computer has a screen saver or power-saving mode for low-speed high-speed motherboards; check the original picture for errors, such as cross graphics, Not closed, lack of strokes; if you do other graphics without this problem, only a certain graphics have such problems.

        Cooling system: the circulating water heats up quickly, the laser working light intensity is too large; the continuous uninterrupted working time is too long; check whether the return flow of the cooling water outlet pipe is normal, whether the water flow is smooth, and whether the latex tube in the machine is discounted; check the pump or in and out Check whether the water pipe is too dirty and whether it is blocked or not; check whether the water output and water pressure of the submersible pump are normal. For chiller alarms, first ensure that the user’s power supply system is normal. Low voltage may easily cause chiller alarms; see if the amount of water in the chiller is enough, and the amount of water will alarm; check whether the water pump in the chiller is normal.
