10. The sound of the card appears when the machine moves

1. Check whether the bearing beads in the synchronous wheel are broken and need to be replaced;

2. If the camera is used for automatic cutting, the card during the laser engraving machine recognition process may be broken in the middle of the camera data signal line and need to be replaced;

3. Check whether the motor shaft is broken and need to be replaced;

11. The machine does not move or the size of the figure cut out changes irregularly

1. Turn on the machine and check whether the driver and the motor are powered on (the hand cannot be pushed by the power on). When the drive is working normally, the green light is on. If the track of the motor can be pushed after powering on, the motor shaft may be broken, and the motor needs to be replaced;

2. The power supply for the drive is generally 24V DC to 60V DC. You can use a multimeter to check whether the switching power supply is normal, and you need to replace it.

1. The power of the laser tube is weak and needs to be replaced;

2. The film on the reflecting lens of the focusing lens is worn or polluted, and it needs to be cleaned or replaced with absolute alcohol;

3. The light is offset, not correct, adjust the light from the laser tube to the lens of the reflector frame, and then adjust the light reflected to the focus sheet to ensure that the light is adjusted from the upper left, lower left, upper right, lower right and middle points of the platform. Shot from the laser mouth;

4. The working table is not flat, ensure the error is below 2-3 mm, the thicker the cut material, the higher the requirement, adjust or replace;

5. The screws on the synchronous wheel may be loose, or the belt is loose, use the inner hexagon to tighten;

6. The sawtooth or total light adjustment is not correct because the lens is loose, tightened and then adjusted or used.

Pay attention to the maintenance of the machine, many problems are artificial or adjusted, please pay attention to the following aspects when using:

1. It is recommended to change the pure water once a week. In the summer, pay attention to the water temperature above 40 degrees and replace or take measures, otherwise it will reduce the service life of the laser tube or damage the laser tube;

2. The focused reflective lens is scrubbed with absolute alcohol for one week, and it cannot be immersed for a long time. Generally, it needs to be cleaned if it is contaminated.

3. It is recommended to blow the dust in the laser power supply once a month with an air gun to prevent the static electricity from burning out the power supply;

4. The oil lubrication in the rails and bearings is performed once a month, and the dust and scraps are removed once a month in the workbench and exhaust fan;

5. The camera cutting machine can achieve the best recognition and cutting effect once a month.
