laser came on time as promised. there was some simple confusion with software and integration but it all got worked out. I’d recommend setting up with lightburn right off the bat. and join a fiber laser group on Facebook.

it has been a good laser to work with and learn. I am using LightBurn instead of ezcad and I had no issues connecting with it. Happy so far.
The laser came with all the accessories it promised. Everything was in the suitecase so it arrived safe. I’m still learning how to use it but so far it is great. I’m happy with the performance for the price and size of the machine. You have to check the specs to know the power and materials in which it can anneal or engrave.
