Jaké jsou typy laserových řezacích strojů?
Cutting technology is widely used in the processing of metal and non-metal materials, which can greatly reduce the processing time, reduce the processing cost, and improve the quality of the workpiece. Laser cutting is achieved by applying high power density energy generated by laser focusing. Compared with traditional sheet metal processing methods, laser cutting has the advantages of high cutting quality, cutting speed, flexibility (can be cut at will), and extensive material adaptability.
1. According to the laser, it can be divided into:
1. Fiber laser cutting machine
Fiber laser cutting machine mainly uses fiber laser cutter to cut and mark metal materials with high advantages.
2. CO2 laser cutting machine
CO2 laser cutting machine mainly uses CO2 laser. The main use of this model is in non-metallic materials, especially for laser cutting of fabrics.
3. Semiconductor laser cutting machine
This machine mainly uses semiconductor lasers, especially in laser processing metal and some non-metal industries.
2. According to the cutting method, it can be divided into:
1. Laser melting cutting
In laser melting cutting, the workpiece is partially melted and the molten material is ejected by air flow. Because the transfer of material only occurs in its liquid state, this process is called laser melting cutting.
2. Laser flame cutting
The difference between laser flame cutting and laser melting cutting is that oxygen is used as the cutting gas, and by means of the interaction between oxygen and the heated metal, a chemical reaction is generated to further heat the material. For structural steel of the same thickness, the cutting rate obtained by this method is higher than that of melt cutting.
3. Laser gasification cutting
In the process of laser gasification cutting, the material is vaporized at the slit, in this case, very high laser power is required.
