1. Matters needing attention and daily maintenance:

1. When the laser marking machine is working, it cannot touch or collide with the movable beam of the scanning work table;

2. The laser and optical lens are fragile, and should be handled with care when handling, and avoid vibration;

3. When a fault occurs in the machine, the work should be stopped immediately and handled by professional staff;

4. It is strictly forbidden to start the laser power supply without water or when the water circulation is abnormal;

5. Pay attention to the sequence of switching on and off, the current must be adjusted to about 5A when shutting down;

6. Note that the size of the marking machine should not exceed the working size;

7. Pay attention to keeping the room and the surface of the machine clean and tidy;

8. Pay attention to keep the internal circulating water clean, regularly clean the water tank and change to deionized water or pure water;

9. It is strictly forbidden to start the laser power supply and acousto-optic power supply in the absence of water or abnormal water circulation;

10. No-load operation of the acousto-optic power supply is not allowed (that is, the output end of the acousto-optic power supply is suspended);

11. Abnormal phenomenon occurs, first turn off the emergency stop switch, and then check;

12. Note that the output end (anode) of the laser power supply cannot be suspended to prevent fire and breakdown with other electrical appliances;

13. Regularly check each optical lens for dirt (the period depends on the working environment). If there is dirt, wipe it off in an emergency.

2. Environmental requirements:

1. Temperature: 5~40°C;

2. Relative humidity: 30%~80% (no condensation);

3. There is ventilation equipment, no strong vibration, no heating body around;

4. Clean and dust-free.

Three, machine maintenance:

1. The cooling water must be pure and non-sticky, and it is often replaced. It is best to use distilled water;

2. Keep the workbench and worktable tidy;

3. Keep the guide rail of the scanning table clean and use a soft brush to remove dust regularly;

4. When the sliding bar of the scanning table runs unevenly, you can apply some lubricant to the axle;

5. Mirror and transmission mirror should be wiped regularly with cotton fiber and alcohol;

6. The cover of the power supply is best locked to prevent the metal objects from falling into the circuit and damaging the circuit. This machine is a high-tech laser product. The scanning table used is a precision instrument. Pay attention to maintaining the sanitation of the working environment; before turning on the laser, check whether the water cooling system is normal to ensure the safety of the laser; after the laser is turned on, do not approach the optical path . If the circuit is faulty, or the laser power source is faulty, ask a professional to repair it.

7. The laser marking machine should be placed in a dry, clean and ventilated place, and should be away from the main channel for workers to commute and work transport.

8. The wiring of the laser marking machine should not be touched.

9. The laser marking parameters should not be changed unless authorized by the manufacturer.

10. When working, the shell of the laser marking machine may generate static electricity, which will cause inconvenience to the operator, so it is best to ground the plug.

11. In order to prevent the sudden power failure caused by the poor contact of the plug and the impact of the sudden large current in the circuit on the laser marking machine, it is recommended to pass the circuit breaker when the laser marking machine is connected to the power supply.

12. In order to prevent damage from lightning strikes, the laser marking machine should be turned off and the power supply should be cut off in the weather of lightning burst.

Fourth, the removal of common faults:

Scanning table does not move, check in sequence:
2. Whether the power supply is well connected;

3. Whether the transmission line is well connected.

Fifth, there is laser output, but even if the current is adjusted to a large value, it is still very shallow. Check:

1. Whether the focus is adjusted accurately;

2. Whether the pump works normally;

3. Whether there is water leakage from the water pump or the water inlet pipe;

4. Whether the optical path system is offset;

5. Whether there is dirt on the surface of the reflector or transmission mirror.

6. The laser scribing line is not straight, check:

1. Whether the light pen screw is loose;

2. Whether the guide belt is tight or uncomfortable.
