Causes of unclear characters in the laser marking machine

1. The quality of the laser beam deteriorates. The quality of the laser directly determines the quality of the laser beam. Generally speaking, end pump semiconductor lasers, CO2 metal radio frequency tube lasers, CO2 glass tube lasers, and fiber lasers. The above-mentioned beam quality can only be sent back to the manufacturer of the laser for correction, and the semiconductor side pump laser can improve the beam quality by correcting the optical path. But conversely, if the quality of the frame fixed by the optical lens of the semiconductor side pump laser marking machine is poor, it will lead to laser energy fluctuations, and even no laser output, let alone the deterioration of the beam quality.

2. The signal of the marking card is disturbed.

3. There is a problem with the galvanometer signal, or the galvanometer is interfered by the outside world. The influence process is as follows: the galvanometer shakes slightly during the marking process, so that the marked text or pattern is not clear.

4. The laser beam integration lens is damaged and contaminated. This is easy to understand. At present, there are only three types of laser marking machine beam integration lenses, one is a beam expander, the other is a field lens, and the third is a galvanometer lens. Any of these three lenses will be problematic. The spot of the direct-guided laser becomes weaker and worse, so that the guided laser marking machine does not type clearly.
