The quality of the equipment use environment directly affects the stability and service life of the equipment. Therefore, the environment in which the equipment is used should meet the following requirements:
1. The installation site of the machine should be clean, free of dust and oil, vibration and electromagnetic interference, and leave a certain space for operation and maintenance.
2. The ambient temperature of the machine installation site should be controlled at 5-35°C, and the humidity should not be greater than 65%, otherwise air conditioning must be installed.
3. The power supply capacity and wires of the machine must meet the requirements of the equipment, the voltage fluctuation is not more than 10%, and there is a reliable ground wire.
4. Machines that use cooling water must ensure that the water quality of the cooling water is clean. The cooling water uses pure distilled water or deionized water. However, pure distilled water should be used for semiconductor lasers. Deionized water should not be used, and the cooling water should be replaced once a month.
5. The field lens will become blurred or dusty after using it for a long time. Wipe the lower surface of the lens with clean absorbent cotton and alcohol until the lens surface is free of dirt.
6. After stopping the equipment for half an hour, clean the items and residues on the working surface, you need to cover the equipment with a clean cloth to prevent dust from entering the equipment.
