Common faults and solutions of laser engraving machine

1. The laser head does not emit light
1. Press the test button on the operation panel to check the status of the ammeter: (super high-speed machine, low-speed machine has an ammeter, other models are not equipped, you can install it yourself)

①No current: Check whether the laser power supply is connected, whether the high-voltage line is loose or falling off, and whether the signal line is loose and disconnected;
②Electrical current: check whether the lens is broken or the optical path is seriously shifted;
③ There is a problem with the laser tube or laser power supply;
④ Is there any problem with the main board or wiring board;

2. Check whether the water circulation system is normal:

①No water: check whether the pump is damaged or not powered;
②Water: Check whether the water inlet and outlet are reversed or the water pipe is broken;
③ Whether the water protection is damaged and whether the water protection line is broken;

3.It can be fired, self-checked, and the transmitted data does not emit light (check whether the computer settings are correct)

Second, the depth of carving is different or not deep
1. Check whether the water flow of the water circulation system is smooth (the water pipe is bent or the water pipe is broken);
2. Check whether the focal length is normal (recalibrate);
3. Check whether the optical path is normal (recalibrate);
4. Check whether the paper on the plate is too thick and the amount of water is too much (re-correction);
5. Check whether the beams are parallel (adjust the belts on both sides);
6. Check whether the lens is broken (replacement);
7. Check whether the transmitting end of the lens or laser tube is contaminated (reclean);
8. Check if the water temperature is higher than 30℃ (replace the circulating water);
9. Check whether the laser head or focusing lens is loose (tighten);
10. Laser current light intensity must reach 8mA;
11. Laser tube aging (replacement: no charge during warranty period);
12, the carriage slider gap is large (replacement);
13. There is a problem with the motherboard (replacement);
14. There is a problem with the laser power supply (replacement);

3. Reset is not normal
1. Check whether the sensor is stained with dust, bad contact or damaged (clean the dust on the sensor or replace it);
2. Check whether the flexible conductive tape data cable is in bad contact or damaged (trim the data cable and re-plug or replace the data cable);
3. Check whether the ground wire contact is reliable or the high voltage wire is damaged (reground or replace the high voltage wire);
4. Poor contact of the motor wire;
5. There is a problem with the drive or drive block;
6. 1/M is loose, there is a problem with the resistance row, and the small board will reset abnormally if there is a problem;

4. Missing
1. The initialization is incorrect, the data has been sent (correction);
2. The operation order is reversed (re-output);
3. Static interference (check whether the ground wire is off);
4. The high-voltage line of the laser power supply is disconnected;
5. The motherboard problem;
6. The laser tube is broken and the power is unstable;
7. Laser power supply problem;

5. The cleaning edge is misaligned and not closed
1. Whether the edited file is correct (re-edit);
2. Whether the selected target is beyond the published page (reselected);
3. Check whether the software parameter settings are correct (reset);
4. The computer system is wrong (reinstall the operating system and software);
5. Check whether the tension of the left and right belts is consistent or whether the rear belt is too loose (belt tightening);
6. Check whether the belt or synchronous wheel slips or skips teeth (tighten the synchronous wheel or belt);
7. Check whether the beams are parallel (readjust the left and right belts);
8. There is a problem with the carriage slider and the metal roller;

6. The computer cannot output
1. Check whether the software parameter settings are normal (reset);
2. High-speed machine, low-speed machine need to press;
3. Check whether the machine has not been reset in advance (re-correction);
4. Check whether the output serial port is consistent with the serial port set by the software (reset);
5. Check whether the ground wire is reliable and whether static electricity interferes with the data wire (reground);
6. Replace the computer serial port output test;
7. Reinstall the software and reset the test;
8. Format the computer system disk and reinstall the software test;
9. The serial port of the motherboard is damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced.
10. The high-voltage line of the laser power supply is disconnected.

Seven, can not calculate the path
1. Check whether the calculation method of the setting path is correct;
2. Check whether the graphic file format is correct (re-correct);
3. Uninstall the software and reinstall and set up;

8. Common computer problems
1. The font is gradually reduced (reinstall the operating system);
2. The amount of data is too large to calculate the laser path (wait for a while or increase the computer memory);
3. The calculation path does not respond for a long time, restart the computer to test.
