Q: Can I do the installation all by myself?
A: Sure you can. All you need to do is to connect the power cord. Engineers have set the parameters before delivery. Meanwhile, we will send you a user manual and operation video to help you use the machine easily.
Q: Warranty?
A: 24 month for the whole machine 6-12 month for the laser tube（The warranty period for laser tubes with power below 60W is 3 months）
Q: How can I get technical support after deal?
A: You can contact us on skype, Whatsapp and email at anytime. Our professional engineer will solve your problem perfectly. If any remote assistant support is needed, we will provide with Teamviewer software.
Q：How can I get the best machine for me?
A: You can tell us your working material, detail work by picture or video so that we can judge whether our machine can meet your need or not. Then we can give you the best model depends on our experiences.
Q: This is the first time I use this kind of machine, is it easy to operate?
A: We will send you manual and guide video in English, it can teach you how to operate the machine. If you still not sure how to operate, we can help you by phone, On E-mail and Teamviewer online.
Q: If the machines has problems in my place, what should I do?
A: We could send free parts to you in warranty period if machine have any problem under normal use.
Q: What’s the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down? A: The machine has two years guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problems may be according to client’s feedback. Parts except for consumable parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.
Q: How about the documents after shipment?
A: After shipment, we’ll send all original documents to you by DHL or TNT including Packing list, commercial invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: For standard machines, it would be 5-7 days; for non-standard machines and customized machines according to client’s specific requirements, it would be 7-15 days.
