What to do if the laser marking machine does not emit light

        Laser marking machine uses laser beam to mark permanently on the surface of various materials. The effect of marking is to expose the deep substances through the evaporation of the surface substances, so as to engrave exquisite patterns, trademarks and words. Laser marking machines are mainly divided into CO2 laser marking machines and fiber laser marking machines. At present, laser marking machines are mainly used in occasions requiring finer and higher precision. Used in electronic components, integrated circuits (IC), electrical appliances, mobile phone communications, hardware products, tool accessories, precision instruments, glasses and watches, jewelry, auto parts, plastic buttons, building materials, PVC pipes.

        But what if the laser marking machine does not emit light?

       Fault phenomenon: the light output is abnormal, and the ammeter is connected in series on the high voltage side. It can be seen that the ammeter display is abnormal. Otherwise, there will be current for a long time, or sometimes there is no time, sometimes it is not controlled.

       Cause of failure: The main reason is that the choice of laser type is wrong, the main board, the lens, the wiring board, the power supply or the control line connection, and the cooling water circulation system failure.

       elimination method:

1. In the parameter setting, see if the laser type is correct, it is the main reason for continuous light failure.
2. Check whether the lens is loose or damaged. If yes, tighten or replace the lens.
3. Pull the nine-core control wire to see if any control wires are loose. The connection is unreliable.
4. Disconnect the control wire (nine core wire) from the power supply, and press the fire button of the laser power supply to analyze whether the power supply or the motherboard is faulty.
5. The burst is normal, indicating that the power supply is not defective.
6. The burst is not normal, indicating that there is a problem with the power supply.
7. When the power supply is normal, connect the control wire and use a multimeter to measure the switch control pins on the wiring board. When it is not illuminated, the normal voltage is above 4 volts and less than 3 volts. The output of the motherboard is abnormal; when it is illuminated, this pin The voltage should be below 2 volts, and output above 2.5 volts is not normal.
8. Check whether the water circulation is normal, whether the water flow is sometimes, and whether there is a problem with the water protector.
