1. The fulcrum of laser tube installation should be reasonable, the fulcrum should be at 1/4 of the total length of the laser tube, otherwise the laser beam spot mode will be deteriorated, and the spot will become a few points during some working periods, so that the laser power cannot be reduced. 2. The cooling system should be grounded, and the water tank and water circuit should be cleaned frequently. The temperature control point of the cooling temperature control water tank should be reasonable, otherwise it will cause the laser tube to be easily damaged and the dew condensation power will drop, the cold head of the tube will fall off, the life will be greatly shortened, and sometimes it will not work. Causes constant tube changes.

3. The water protection should be checked and cleaned frequently. The cooling water can often not be flushed with the water protection float switch or the water protection float switch is not reset, and the short circuit method cannot be used to solve the urgent need. The quality of the cooling water is better, the aluminum oxide of the water nozzle is too serious, and the dirt in the water pump, water pipe and water protection should be cleaned regularly after a period of use, otherwise the laser tube will burst or the cold water head will fall off.

4. The air suction device should be regularly checked and cleaned, and the fan duct should be cleaned. Otherwise, a lot of smoke and dust will not be discharged, and the lens and laser tube will be seriously and quickly polluted, which makes the mechanical and electronic components easy to oxidize and cause poor contact.

5. Focus lens and reflector inspection, the frame will heat up after working for a while, and the lens surface will become discolored and rusty; peeling and film cracking are all objects to be replaced, especially many customers use atmospheric pumps and air compressors. Water will quickly accumulate on the board, so the cleanliness and quality of the optical path system of the lens (laser tube light outlet) must be checked on time.

6. The working environment of the machine should not be too harsh. If the ambient temperature is higher than 30 degrees and lower than 18 degrees, there will be too much dust and serious air pollution. In this way, the machine will be seriously damaged and the failure rate will continue to rise. Something went wrong. Therefore, we particularly remind customers to improve the working environment and maintain the machine frequently.

7. The power of the power grid should be matched. The power distribution and contact points of each part of the whole equipment should be good (fan, water cooler, laser machine, laser power supply, computer should be independently powered).

8. The working current of the laser tube should be reasonable, and it cannot work at a light intensity of 90-100 for a long time; the laser should be rationalized and the laser energy should be saved; the optical path system should be clean and correct, otherwise the laser tube will be prematurely aged and broken, so the laser machine works It should be adjusted to 50-60%, and then adjust the working speed according to the material, so that it is the best working state of the laser tube.

9. The bottom plate and the processed materials should be flat, otherwise the focal length will be inconsistent, and some places will not be cut through. In this case, the light intensity will be increased, and the laser tube will also be rapidly aging.

11. The heat dissipation of the laser power supply must be smooth, otherwise the temperature will rise very high once the operating current is adjusted above 50%, thus increasing the failure rate of the laser power supply. Machines like the TM series can remove the side door and dissipate the heat from the power supply directly.
